I have had diarrhoea for 2 days now, and the last couple of movements today have contained small amounts of blood. I do not feel sick but I get a horrible pain in my lower abdomin just before I have to go. I have recently suffered from reflux and have been on Nexium, however I have been on these for a month and don't think these are having a bearing on my diarrhoea. Should I be worried?
