Hi its not constipation or drug usage and eat loads of fruit and salad would the use of a hemorroid cream be worth trying before i see the doctor I did have a 12 hour flight each way from China last week in four day period and my belly always bloats up on the plane so i was thinking due to the time on the plane something poped and may heal intime

okeydokiboy,

What I have listed above are the most common reasons. If you have never had hemorrhoids before and you aren't sure, then I would not try any over the counter medication until you see your doctor. If there was a lot of blood like you state, then it could be that this isn't the problem.
