Why is it difficult to sit? It is painful somewhere? What do you mean "above anus"? What is the diagonsis for those cluster of small red bumps from your doctor?

It hurts if I sit directly on my bottom, like a hemroid...but it is not in the place that a hemroid is located...it is in the plumber crack of the butt...
Can hemroids be a bunch of small red bumps instead one big one?

At first, I though about hemorrhoids too. It is unlikely based on what you told me now. I do not know what it is. I will opt out and open the question to other experts.

What do you think it is? I really thought it to be a hemroid...okay now I am worried...Can it be a STD??

I did just get over a yeast infection, could bacteria have travel up there and caused this?

Hello. What you are describing sounds very similar to a herpes simplex infection, which is possible to occur at the anus (which most people don't know). The Herpes blisters can cause quite a bit of discomfort to you, especially when even gentle pressure is applied (which would explain the sitting difficulty).

For a sure diagnosis, you will need to see your doctor who will do a swab and culture of the sores. He will likely perscribe you an antiviral medication to treat this. Because of the location, I would not suggest that you try any over the counter medications.
