my mother age 77 has been having terrible pain upper thighs

The pain is also in right elbow, with complete weakness in the right arm. Neck pain as well. she had a stroke of the brainstem 6 years ago. She has a hernia in her groin right side,diabetic, memory loss, gets lost easily, not the situation previously, hair loss, loss of appetite. She only wants to eat sweets. She has seen a GP and he finds o problem with her blood work with the exception of a slight deficiency in vitamin B.
