I have a disc herniation at the L4-L5 level. My pain extends from my upper back to my foot, and some tingly feelings in the foot. I have a back dr. appt. in Feb. In the mean time, I have been taking narcotics for the pain - flexeril and vicodin. At the present time, the pain meds no longer work. What am I supposed to do?
