When I cough or sneeze or twist my body, I sometimes get an intense pain In my abdomen, lasting for a few moments. The pain subsides and I feel almost a crawling, moving relief in my stomach. The right side of my stomach protrudes a bit. I am a 61 year old female. I have had surgery, gall bladder and hysterectomy years ago. Have had x-rays and nothing shows. What can this be?

Not much, since pain subsides. Have had x-rays, nothing showes but this was last year. Pain comes more often, now.
