drank to much for many years had scan years ago said i had hernia had

have what seems like swolen liver streaching sensation of intestines weakness sever joint pain tingling and burning sensation in my feet and sometimes in hands an overall dead feeling in my trunk and chest area what could be wrong ???

While the exact diagnosis is not clear with the history that you have provided, there are a few things that are likely..
You maybe having a chronic liver disease that is causing many of the symptoms like the weakness, dead feeling and liver fullness.
The burning feet and hand can be due to multiple vitamin deficiencies common in people who have liver disease/ poor appetite/ drink a lot..
Other possibilities especiallu keeping in mind the joint pains & abdomen symptoms are Reiter's disease, Adult JRA, and hepatitis virus induced joint pains..
I would advise that you get yourself evaluated by a competent physician who would be possibly be referring you as needed to a gastroenterologist for further investigations..
