i have a 3 yr old boy, he was born with a hernia in his testicles which he had an operation for when he was 7 months old...a couple of days ago and tonight, i noticed one side bulging out, its not the same side as before...and he was yelling at the time, but i touched it and it went back to normal..just wondering if this could be the same thing coming back or if it's normal or what..doesn't seem to be anything bothering him, hurting or anything. thanks.

Just to clarify: He had a hernia operation on one side and you see bulging on the OTHER side? Or is it the SAME side?
