I GOT MY NAVEL;MIDDLE CENTER, A LITLLE HERNIA WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT. I WENT TO TALKED TO THE DOCTOR AND HE SAID TO ME, DON'T WORRY IF THAT THING IS GROWING LET ME KNOW THE DOCTOR SAID. BUT EVERY TIME WHEN I TAKE SHOVER I SEE IT AND I;M STILL WORRY SO WOULD YOU MIND TELLING ME WHAT SHOULD I DO THANKS.

Small hernias are a lot more likely to cause problems like obstruction or incarceration ( when abdminal contents get stuck in a hernia - can be very serious).
