on the right side under my breast I am having swelling in

on the right side under my breast I am having swelling in my abdomen and really painful.. I have had ultra sound and myleogram and ct scan and they can't find anything except bulging disc in my back but I need to know what is causing my upper right side of my stomach to swell 2 inches. when I lie down it gets to a smaller knot in my stomach but after about 3 hours of doing activity it swells large as a baseball..
