I have had a stomach problem for some time which usually ...

I have had a stomach problem for some time which usually ends up as a large bulge down ontop of my right testical.
Previously the bulge and pressure was higher above the testical but more recently it is putting pressure down against my right testical.
It does go away but returns with a debilatating affect on my movements.
I have found if I lay down and relax it goes away sometime in a day or sometimes longer.
I have been told it is a hernia(not told by a proffesioal.)
