I am a laborer for a construction company. Last week I developed an sharp ache below my navel and to the right. I feel fine when sitting but when I attempt to stand up I get a shooting pain.
In addition, two days ago I noticed my right testicle now aches. I don't recall if I over exerted myself by lifting or climbing. What might this be?
