I noticed a lump on the lower left side of my belly, below by belly button line, close to my pelvic bone. At first it was just annoying, now it is beginning to hurt a little. I have had a few kidney infections in the last few months, one in which I was hospitalized for. What do you think this could be?

I have also been experiencing symptoms like, Itchyness, fateige, and trouble urinating. Could this be related?
