You may be experiencing some damage to the nerve that serves the penis, and surrounding area. You would need to see a doctor for some sensation testing to establish the pattern of the area affected and perhaps a CT or MRI of the lower back. If there is any problem with loss of bladder, bowel or sexual function with or without back or leg pain then go direct to ER for an urgent assessment as a compressed nerve causing these problems needs urgent attention to prevent long term damage.

Reply to Pauline's Post: I have been dealing with lower abdominal pain and lower back pain. I have gone in for a
CT scan with and without contrast and have not turned up any negative results. I have been in for a colonoscopy and did not have any bad results. I am wondering if this may be due to a hernia although I have had a ultrasound of the area without any negative results. All organs are free and clear of any unusual growths.
