I had a kidney transplant back on Sept. 16, 2003, I had a relationship with a man for a year and after we broke up i developed HPV/condylomia which they did leap on and then had a normal pap after that...i have a past history of eczema on my skin since i was a child and have been itchy lately all over. I went to a dermatologist and he said i had eczema and Molluscum contagiosum on my arm, inner left leg , and lower left ab and developed a couple spots on my chest today. I have read that HIV people get the molluscum contagiosum and HPV, do you think i have that or am I just more suseptable to it because of my transplant. I have been really stressed out last few days since the dermatologist told me that adults with HIV are usually the ones that get Molluscum contagiosum , but I was tested before my transplant in 2003 but not since then. Please give me your imput. What are the eary symptoms of HIV and would any test i take for my transplant, CBC etc show any abnormalities for the T-cells?
