im hiv poz 20yrs never been sick i do take meds last 5yrs virramune and trivada my tcells always around 900 to 11oo viral load undetectable had blood wk done in oct tcells 875 had blood wk done a week ago tcells 675 viral load still undetectable doc says that becausec im not sick ie flue stomach flue that my t cells are not in fighting mode so that could explain my lower tcell count is there anything for me to be worried about should i be thinking of doing something more? thx
