I actually got the needle prick, so would that bring accuracy down some, and why would she go ahead and do the Western Blot if i tested negative with the ora quick advance

I think you misread my reply, i got the oraquick advance quick HIV1 & HIV2 finger prick, not being exposed by a needle prick, just wanting to know, sorry for being a aggravation.
