I am a 40 year old man. I am HIV posistive , and asymptomatic. I have been poz for 12 years with no health problems. On occassion I have had a sciatica problem in my left leg. About one X a year . lasts for a week or 2. My problem now , sciatica in by right arm. From my shoulder down to me finger tips. Shooting pain and my little finger and palm are numb. This is 2 weeks later , with no relief.High doses of ibuprofen are the only thing helping me. Any suggestions ?
