Is hepatitis C contagious? What protection neededfor co workers?
one of the other supervisors at work claims to have Hepatitis C that concerns me.is the environment safe for orher supervisors?

This virus (hepatitis C) is like the HIV ,only transmitted by blood and seminal and vaginal fluids ,through sexual relationships without protection.

The preventive measures are :

avoid touching any sharp instruments or needles without protection

and always use gloves when you are manipulating blood ,or other secretory fluids ,in the job .
