had urine test for an infection came back with white cells in urine. pregnancy negative but period late could it be a sign of early pregnancy?

White blood cells in the urine is not an indication of pregnancy. However these tests are sensitive two weeks following pregnancy. If you feel that at the time you had the urine test you were less than 2 weeks pregnant, then the test can be negative and you need to be tested again.
