Hello

It could be a sexually transmitted infection such as herpes, or HPV. You may want to go get checked out at your doctor, or local Public Health Clinic.

It could also be as simple as an allergy to a new laundry soap or lotion or body soap. However, if you have been sexually active, it is surely worth checking out.
