what could cause blisters on tongue and back of throat?

i noticed yesterday that i have these blisters on the back of my tongue and the back of my throat . i have a bad taste in my mouth and my tongue looks cracked. i tried brushine my tongue to see if that would help but it just made my tongue bleed.
