Pain in abdomen

I have a pain in my lower left abdomen area. It feels like a strained muscle, but I haven't done anything to strain it. Could it be kidney infection or some such thing?

If your urine burns it could be a kidney stone or infection.I suggest you drink plenty of water and cranberry juice, if after 2 days pain persist, I would get a complete urine analysis.
