heat pain infection ear
Sent to Health Experts September 17 01:15 AM

I have been suffering from severe sinusitis intermittently for the last 2 months. I have congestion primarily in the left side of my face... my left ear has painful pressure and will not "pop." No infection was observed otoscopically. I have taken antibiotics which did not relieve the symptoms. Ibuprofen does not relieve pain, nor does Tylenol. I am taking the antihistamine diphenhydramine which seems to make the fluid in my sinuses churn, but the pressure and pain and congestion remains, causing me to lose sleep and making me increasingly irritable and fatigued. My trade is Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumming services and repair, so I was wondering if my condition may be caused by a fungus. Heat provides temporary pain relief. Can you help me zero-in on what my next move to end this should be?
