I feell in June and tore my Brevis Tendon and tore ...

I feell in June and tore my Brevis Tendon and tore ligaments in left foot ankle area, well now Im having EXTREME pain in my right foot, could I have done something to both feet when I fell, also my sole of my right foot is inflamed and retaining fluid. Im thinking I did do sometyhing to both, what can the problem be? My foot feels like it is resting on a cloud, and hurts really bad.
