I am what seems to be a small mass on my buttucks. I don't believe it is hemeroids because it is more on the butt cheack. I am 22 and lift weights regular, what could this be?

If it has been present for a LONG time, it is probably a lipoma. It is nothing more than a benign fatty growth. It can be surgically removed to ease his discomfort.
If it relatively recent in origin then it could be folliculitis or a pimple.
A visit to the dermatologist should easily be able to solve your problem.

Reply to Gaurav Gupta's Post: The area is a new but is bigger then a pimple and is longer then it is round. Is there anything out there that it could be that is a priority issue?
