I am hurting!! I have somekind of itchy, swelling, rash on my vagina and the fold of my legs it is painful and everything i have tried is burning i need to know what this is and if there is something i can use. I am 35 weeks pregnant.

Give the doctor a call. You probably have a yeast infection and I don't want to recommend anything over the counter because you are pregnant. The doctor will call you back tonight, and you can get some relief.

You also want to get this cleared up before you give birth, so don't delay.
