Health Qouestion...... plzz reply

heyy, i have a question. I have an uncle in pakistan who cant see very well.... his eye sight i weak because one night he drank alot and started vomiting and after three day or so he started losing his eye sight....i have his files with me.... now he can only see as far as his feet. we are new in america and dont know who to talk to or tell us what doctors to go to .... if u can suggest something that would be great.... plzz reply.... thanks in advance. regards Customer (name blocked for privacy)
