I have a mega headache. It seems to consume my right side of my face from my eye, teeth, and neck. I am currently taking Blood pressure medincine. Hyzaar 50/12.5 and Maxzide 37.5mg along with Imitrex 6mg injection for migranes. This Imitrex does not appear to help what is now being called a migraine. But feels like a tooth ache, ear ache and a headache building. I also take Allegra 180 mg. The Allegra and Imitrex are not taken on a regular bases as the blood pressures medicine is taken daily. Can you help?

If you don't recall any injury of any kind and with you saying your face, teeth etc.. You may be getting an infection within your mouth.. which could be your Gums or possible bone, which is radiating through out your neck etc. Another possibility may be what is called TMJ, you don't state anything that you have tried. You can try ibuprofen which is good for pain and inflammation, try a warm compress alternate with ice (see what may feel better) if there is no relief then you should make an appt with your doctor and be evaluated in person. If you get any other symptoms such as dizzy, fever, numbness then you should go to the ER.

You can read more about TMJ here
