I'm having some sharp pains in my right side it's

I'm having some sharp pains in my right side it's bee swollen for quite some time now and I've been having my periods but for last month I've been spotting everyday and I extremely tired. What maybe causing this?

when you say right side, are you referring to lower right side? or upper right side?
