You might have a bacterial infection for which antibiotics are needed to fully cure the infection if the OTC products that you have been using have not been effectiveas it sounds as though you have a case of the stomach flu which is running at a very high rate right now. There is also a product out now called Airborne for symptoms such as you are having to help cut down on the symptoms while the infection runs it's course. You can find this product at your local drug store and/or Wal-mart and it is very effective for cold and flu symptoms. If this is not effective in clearing up your symptoms then I would suggest that you see your physician so they can prescribe some antibiotics to help cure the infection since you have tried all the best OTC products with no success.
