my penis has a few red dots on the shaft no puss or

My penis has a few red dots on the shaft.... no puss or itching, not clustered nor big ..just a few light red dots along shaft...what is it...it's driving me nuts!

I have had this occur in the past a couple of times or the course of 5years but they seem to go away...it sounds like molluscum..but still unsure...just occurred a couple of days ago and with one dot..now notice a few more as time goes on. any illustration on the genital area?
