i am having pain in my lower abdomen last night i had

I am having pain in my lower abdomen. Last night I had such severe pain that I nearly went to the ER. I threw up a couple of times and went to the bathroom. My belly is still tender';/

Already Tried:
I took a cipro 250 and some stuff that turns my urine a color. I thought I might have a UTI or kidney infection.
