I'M FEELING UNCOMFORTABLE PAIN IN MY LEFT TESTICAL AND

I'M FEELING UNCOMFORTABLE PAIN IN MY LEFT TESTICAL AND IT ALSO APPEARS TO BE SWELLING. I FELL SOMEWHAT DIZZY, MY HEARING IS IN AND OUT. MY LEFT TESTICAL SEEMS TO FEEL DIFFERENT. DISCHARGE FROM THE TIP IS MILKY WHITE. FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS, I HAVE HAD SOMEWHAT OF A DRY/FLAKE IN THE PENIS AREA. I TRIED TO SEE WHAT MY GIRLFRIED THOUGHT SINCE WE DON'T USE PROTECTION. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I CAN DO AS IT'S PRETTY PAINFUL. IT COMES AND GOES, TODAY/NOW IS THE WORST THAT IT'S EVER FELT. IS THIS A DIRE EMERGENCY.
