Medical - Bladder or urinary or kidney problem????

I am 16 and in November went to my doctors thinking i had a bladder infection. I was given antibiotics and they seemed to work. However the symptons then returned a few weeks later and I saw a different doctor in January. He did a urine test and said that I certainly do not have a bladder infection as the test was clear. I am not in pain as such, however, each time I urinate, immediately after, as soon as I stop I have an exceedingly strong urge to continue uriniating but cannot as nothing comes out! At the very bottom of my abdomen and also between my legs there is a strong almost ache and a heavy feeling, like a build up of pressure, which is exceptionally uncomfortable and annoying but not painful! The doctor didn't seem to think there was anything wrong with me but this definitely is not normal! I don't know what to do. Urination itself it not painful. Also at the beginning when I drank more fluids the symptons seemed to disappear. Now, regardless of how much I drink, after urinating I need to urinate more but cannot and need to push to urinate but still nothing comes out. This odd feeling lasts for anything up to an hour afterwards. In August I began my first sexual relationship with my boyfriend and we have regular sex, during which I feel no discomfort at all, but we were both virgins beforehand and have had no other partners so I don't see that I could have caught anything which would make me feel very uncomfortable after urinating. However, when I do feel this odd feeling after urinating, i have discovered that if i put pressure on my clitoris or under area the odd feeling is more intense than before. I am taking a contraceptive pill (Microgynon 30ED) but I have read its booklet and there are no side effects which even relate to how I feel. I know that the feeling that I get isn't normal as it has only affected me recently and it is very uncomfortable but I don't know what to do! Please tell me what it could be as I hate it!
