Dear Customer (name blocked for privacy),

It sounds like you have a gastro-intestinal infection that could be viral or bacterial. Most often, this is caused by some sort of poorly handled food, that had a high bacteria count when it was prepared or at least by the time it was consumed.

The single most effective, non-prescription method of treating loose stools or diarreha is clear licquid diet.

Other causes could be a parasitic condition from playing with dogs, eating ill prepared contaminated foods at a flea market or street vendor, etc.
