If this keeps re-occuring and you have never had this problem before getting the IUD then I would relate it to this. I would recommend that you be seen by your physician to see if they want to try another method of birth control to see if you quit experiencing these symptoms without the IUD. Some women cannot use an IUD or it can come out of place and cause infection so it is important that you address both the possible change in birth control and have a pelvic examination to determine if it is in place correctly as this can cause infection as well.
