i had rash on hands from detergent, begin using an anti-itch cream with hydrocortison. the sypmtons sis not cease after
dermatitis on hands weeks. used some collodial silver on my hands it dried them up, my skin began to crack. i used some over the counter skin treatment for psoriasis. my hands has become inflamed and skin peeled of my fingers and my hands are inflamed in between the joints and are red and inrritated. the skin in very wrinkeled and painful.

Already Tried:
i used aveeno, collodial silver, dried my hands made them cracked and dry began to use psoriasis treament and my skin began to pleel from the dry craked skin on all my fingers. used some alovera to soothe the pain. my hands are swollen inflamed in between the joints and can barely bend fingers.

A few thoughts - since this has been going on for so long and refuses to heal, an infection may be present. You may need an oral antibiotic for this infection as well as a topical cream for your hands. Another thought is that this is caused by a fungal infection. In either case you do need to call the doc at this point.
