I have a pain on the right side of my abdomine

Middle of my abdomen on the left side. The pain feels similar to the cramp you'd get while running. I've had it for about 24 hours.

colon, stomach, spleen or pancreas may cause pain in that area. Seeing your doctor and having an ultra sound along with blood work would give your doctor a clear picture of what is going on.
Have you had the flu or been ill recently? Has anything changed with your bowel movements etc?
