why do I discharge from my belly button?

Sent to Health Experts January 30 09:58 AM

I have noticed that after my husband and I have sex, I have some white discharge coming out of my belly button. In addition, it tends to smell bad. I don't have any pain or discomfort. It just concerns me. Is this normal? What should I do?

From your description, you have a fungal infection. You can actually get some cream called Lamisil (you can get it at any pharmacy store) and apply according to directions. You should see an improvement in a couple of days.

Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *accept* button!

Reply to Lindie's Post: Not sure I understand correctly. Fungal infection is on the skin. Why would I apply Lamisil on my skin when the problem is inside my stomache. The damage inside is leaking out of my umbilical hole.
