Sometimes when I urinate a small amount of sperm comes out of my penis. Atleast I think it is sperm, it smells like it. Can you explain this?

This can be a sign of a yeast infection if you are having a white discharge in your urine so it would be best that you be seen by your physician to allow them to do a urinalysis to determine if this is the cause and prescribe the necessary antibiotics to clear up the infection. It could also be urethral discharge as well and can be associated with some sexually transmitted diseases so it is best to be seen by your physician so they can determine the exact cause and treat this as soon as possible.

Ok, but it looks and smells exactly like semen. It even has the same properties of semen. After first noticing this (a couple months ago) I did indeed see a doctor for an extensive STD test (swab in the penis and all.) All tests came out clean. Is it possible for semen to leak out of my testicles or something like that? Could it be associated with drinking? It seems to happen more after a weekend of getting drunk. Thanks for your help
