Question

On my penis i developed several dots..they look like

On my penis i developed several dots..they look like tiny little round scabs on the skin , not the head , of my penis. It does not burn. i have no pain urinating, no unusual discharge...just hurts like i have a whole bunch of cuts healing up.. what could this be?? and how do i treat it?

This could be a yeast or fungal infection such as jock itch. If that's the case, some antifungal cream for jock itch should clear it up. If you think the sores are infected, I'd mix the antifungal with some antibiotic ointment. Keep the area as clean and dry as possible.

If you are sexually active, you may want to be tested for STD.

no, nothing is itching, and nothing is infected eithe.. it seems like its dry as it is, like it needs lotion.

can i put on lamasil.? . i mean will it heal on its own? .. and have you seen this before?.. i havent used any creams yet.. do you understand what i have tho? sorry i wish i could send a pic, but i dont have anyway to send

one more question., sorry.. if it was an std.. what does it sound like.. i did have unprotected sex with my partner.. and she just found oud she has a UTI.. as far as std but shes been tested before and she was clean she said.

its not rashes tho..its like round little scabs..is there over the counter medication for this ?
