Should I be concerned about this pathology report? They said for me to come back in two months and they'd look again. This lesion destroyed a section of my mandible.

40 yr/o w/Female
Left mandible Bone Lesion
GROSS DESCRP: Submitted is formalin fixed tissue. The specimen consists of multiple pieces of tan soft tissue. Sections multiple. All Submitted.
MICROSCOPIC DESCRP: Multiple sections show fibrous connective tissue containing numerous granulomas composed of epithelioid histiocytes and multinucleated giant cells. Within the giant cells and the fibrous tissue there are numerous focally birefringent basophiliac calcified foreign bodies.
IDC CODE: 709.4 Chronic granulomatous inflammatory reaction to foreign material
