i have had a terrible upset stomach pain for 4 days now.

i have had a terrible upset stomach pain for 4 days now. Earlier in the week, I had some Nausia, a little vommiting, severe headaches and a fever, but most of that has gone away, however the stomach pain has not. Do you have any suggestions?

The symptoms that you are experiencing are of viral gastroenteritis. The affected person may also have headache, fever, and abdominal cramps ("stomach ache"). In general, the symptoms begin 1 to 2 days following infection with a virus that causes gastroenteritis and may last for 1 to 10 days.
