I have had swollen lymph nodes for about a year...they sometimes hurt very bad.. for the past couple of months I have had a large lump on the back left ide of my neck it hurts and feels sort of like stiff neck I cant look certain ways or look down for too long. I also have a headache on my lower back left side of my head very often. What might this be?
