I am 40 y ears old, and had my tubes tied after the birth ...

I am 40 y ears old, and had my tubes tied after the birth of my second child 13-1/2 years ago. I have missed a period. I know it is possible to get pregnant after having your tubes tied because I know women who it has happened too. How likely is it however after more than 13 years?
