My son has blood in his vomitt. He vomitted twice within 30 minutes and he has tiny red dots(rash) around his mouth as well as bumps on his arms and legs. Can you tell me what is wrong with him and/or if he needs to go to the emergency room?

ACCEPTED Check Mark

If the dots are dark in colour and do not 'blanche' under pressure ie go pale when pressed. Then go to ER NOW.
Its a small risk but it could be a serious infection causing bleeding problems.

On the hand it could just be a virus but my view is better safe than sorry.

I'll give you more info later if the rash is not serious but I'd like you to get going now if it is the purplish rash
