I have had a lot of pressure pain in the perineal area ...

I have had a lot of pressure pain in the perineal area (male) and today after 5 years of impotence, I had the sensation of needing to ejaculate. When I did, the ejaculate contained rusty blood. My urine appears rather dark but not bloody, however, in the toilet the other day, there was a few very small clots of blood. It takes me about 5 minutes to empty my bladder. What could my symptoms be from?

It sounds as though you are having the signs of either a urinary tract infection or possible problems with your prostate. With the signs of blood in your ejaculation and that darker color of your urine I would lead to a urinary tract infection and with the pressure as well but anytime that you ejacukate blood it can also be an issue with your prostate and needs to be addressed by your physician as soon as possible.
