i have recently started having erection problems even when i wake up in the morning now i am not having a full erection its very very soft and its getting worst i have also noticed a huge lump in my scrotum almost like a third testicle and its gotten large im terrified for two reasons i stuggling to have an erection now and now i have this huge lump if the lump goes away will my erections come back and what is the lump it doesnt hurt and it seems to move and sometimes it almost seems like its not there its very soft.... please help

If you have not strained yourself in anyway it may not be related to testicular torsion but since you are seeing a lump in your scrotum it does need to be examined by your physician as this could be related to a tumor,infection, or something as simple as water retention. This does sound related to the problem you are having obtaining an erection and if it is infection related then once the infection is cleared up your ability to have an erection should return. But this is not something that I would put off I would have it checked out by your physician as soon as possible as if it could be testicular torsion the sooner treatment is given the better the outcome.

what is testicular torsion and is testicular cancer a possibilty and does that type of cancer cause erection problem before treatment and after treatment .. essentially what are the sypmtoms
