I am having swollen glands near where my leg connects to my hip and pain which feels muscular on both sides of my abdomen but not in the center.I also have a brownish vaginal discharge which resembles the beginning or end of a period.Could this be related to a breast augmentation surgery I had 12 days ago or should I be concerned about an STD ?

I would like an answer from someone who has knowledge specifically to female issues.I have no other symptoms than the ones described.
